We were thrilled last month when we were told we had scooped another two trophies from the Decanter World Wine Awards. This is what the judges said about our wines:

Fabre Montmayou Reservado Cabernet Franc 2015 – Platinum Best in Category – Best Value Argentinian Red Bordeaux Varietals.

95 points. A brilliant, crunchy wine with aromas of mint and black fruit. There’s so much energy here with a flood of sweet black fruit flavours. Very precise with enormous length and silky tannins. A rich expression.

 HJ Fabre, Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 – Platinum – Best Argentinian Red Bordeaux Varietals

95 points. There’s real intensity on the nose, which delivers spicy blackberry and bell pepper aromas. Palate is suave and dense with admirable underlying acidity and bags of dark chocolate, cassis and pepper flavours. Full and rounded finish.
